In Patria, Paz y Provenir, the Good Government through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua carried out the asphalt re-surfacing in 4 blocks of streets in the Largaespada neighborhood, improving the living conditions of 5,600 inhabitants of the area, who showed themselves happy with this work of restitution of rights.
This road improvement project is part of the "Streets for the People" program for the year 2020, which promotes Good Government, through the country's Municipalities, which contributes to improving access roads to the communities.
In Managua, this project, in addition to renovating the Nicaraguan capital's road network, provides better conditions for vehicular and pedestrian circulation in the Largaespada neighborhood.
This work of the common good was inaugurated and delivered to the population by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who expressed the commitment of the Good Government to work to guarantee the well-being of the capital's families; Proof of this is this road improvement, of 3,300 square meters of streets, with an investment of 2 million 250 Córdobas.
Likewise, he announced that, in addition to this asphalt surfacing, the Municipality has executed several projects to restore rights in the Largaespada neighborhood since 2016, through which the road improvement of 22 blocks of streets and the construction of 3 decent houses, to benefit the same number of families, who lived in precarious conditions.
