Barrio San José has improved streets

Guaranteeing better living conditions for families in the capital, the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, executed the asphalt re-surfacing of 5 blocks of streets in the San José neighborhood of District II.

This work for the common good is part of the Annual Investment Plan and was executed, in compliance with the Citizen Power model, which promotes Good Governance, through direct communication between the population and the building authorities.

This project was delivered to the community of the sector by colleague Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who expressed the commitment of the Good Government and that this work will improve the roads of the main street of the San José neighborhood, connecting the Dupla Norte and Dupla tracks South.

He also announced that the investment for road improvement was 1 Million 100 Thousand Córdobas, directly benefiting 3,250 protagonists of the 911 homes that make up this community.

He expressed that the Annual Investment Plan for this year 2020 in District II is 8 million córdobas, with which 8 projects will be executed, of which 4 will be for road improvement, 3 for mitigation and 1 for Storm Drainage.
