The Nicaraguan capital will host the Central American Karate-Do Championship, which will take place at the modern Alexis Argüello Sports Center from Thursday 27 to Saturday 29 February.
This tournament, which will host 400 athletes from the Central American region, was announced by comrade Enrique Armas, Vice Mayor of the Citizen Power of Managua and Mr. Emerson Velásquez, President of the Nicaraguan Federation of Karate-Do, who expressed that they will participate in this championship delegations from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica.
Likewise, it was announced that in this activity, the participation of 100 national athletes is expected, prepared to offer the best of them, as expressed by the young Alexa Rivas, who also thanked the Good Government for the support they provide to the development of the sport in its different disciplines and for valuing the effort and performance of the athletes.
