On the eve of the Day of Love and Friendship, the Capital Commune visits hospitals

With two days remaining to celebrate the Day of Love and Friendship, the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda, toured the hospitals of the capital to deliver a present and transmit a message of affection and solidarity to the patients who remain hospitalized.

The Mayor explained that the journey, full of affection and respect, aims to accompany families in that sensitive situation that arises when they are hospitalized.

“We continue to reaffirm our commitment of solidarity, of accompaniment, especially in these cases that the brothers and sisters are hospitalized, the message of our Commander and our Vice President is that they are not alone, there are work teams that guarantee the care they need, the exams and medicines, but above all specialized and free care ”, said the Mayor.

At the same time, he reiterated that the Central Government is concerned with strengthening the love between Nicaraguan families.

“We continue to reap that feeling in us human beings. We must be an instrument of peace, love, affection, and solidarity among us Nicaraguan families. So we are very happy today to make this beautiful journey and receive those blessings from each one of them and send the greetings that Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario do to you on these special days ”.

The Director of the Vélez Paiz hospital, Dr. Virginia García, thanked the municipal authorities for the visit, because the gesture of bringing a present lifts the spirits of those who are inmates.

“You know that when patients are hospitalized they get a little depressed and this beautiful gift of bringing roses and chocolates to patients is a way of telling them that they are not alone, that the Government of Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario care about their health. of the people ”, he affirmed.

Another of the hospitals visited was the Bertha Calderón and in particular, the oncology area where women from all over the country fight against cancer and the German Nicaraguan hospital in the area of pediatrics and maternity.
