In celebration of the 153rd anniversary of the birth of our distinguished poet Rubén Darío, authorities from the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua placed floral offerings at the monument in honor of the Prince of Castilian Letters, located on the north side of Managua's central park.
The imposition of the floral offering took place on the morning of this Saturday, January 18, in a festive atmosphere, with musical performances by the municipal band.
The commemorative activity was attended by Mayor Reyna Rueda, Vice Mayor Enrique Armas, comrade Jennifer Porras, Secretary of the Managua Council and councilors from the bench of the Sandinista National Liberation Front.
