In attention to the families affected by the fire of December 30, in District IV, the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, built 2 decent houses, as part of the Christian, socialist and solidarity model.
These houses were built in the Costa Rica neighborhood, for the family of Mrs. Gloria Elena Mejía, where 9 people live, and for Mr. David Mejía Díaz, his wife Arlen Tapia and their 3 children; in both cases they lost everything in the fire of December 30.
The inauguration of these houses was presided over by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who said that these houses represent the 200 and 201 dignified houses built by the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, as a result of the efforts made by the Good Government with the Embassy of China (Taiwan), to improve the living conditions of the neediest families.
For his part, Mr. Iván Lu, Minister Counselor of the Embassy of China (Taiwan), expressed that the Taiwanese diplomatic mission will continue to support this program that improves the living conditions of the most needy families and highlighted the belligerence of Good Government in the care for families affected by disasters.
The inaugural activity was held in a family and community environment, with children's activities, folk dances and a day of medical care for the population of the sector, who received free medicine.[vc_images_carousel images=”26588,26589,26590,26591,26592,26593,26594,26595,26596,26597,26598,26599,26600,26601,26602,26603,26604,26605,26606,26607,26608,26609,26610,26611″ img_size=”large”]
