This Wednesday, December 18, the construction of the first 100 homes of the Bismarck Martínez program began, these are part of the 500 homes that the project will build in Managua in the first stage. The urbanization will be located next to the Country Club-Sabana Grande track, in Managua, each house will be built by a crew of workers, as reported by the Secretary General of the Mayor's Office of Managua, Fidel Moreno, during the delivery of the site where it will be built. decent housing development.

“As comrade Rosario Murillo announced, today we begin the construction of the first houses, excellent news for Nicaraguans and more for the families that will soon move to this project in the coming months. We are committed to building 15 thousand houses in Managua and 50 thousand nationwide, here we will have 100 crews of 10 workers working, that means that there are 1000 workers who will be involved in the construction process, this is also excellent news because it is an employment opportunity ".

Moreno explained that in the coming weeks details of the progress will be given, “everything that has to do with dirt and earthwork is finished. The 500 lots already have potable water, the treatment plant is already being built, the electrical works have already begun; we have been working several simultaneously in all stages ".

According to the times established by the Municipality, the first 100 houses are expected to be delivered at the end of February, and the 500 houses should be delivered by the end of May.
