The Araica family, one of the founders of the Monseñor Lezcano neighborhood, was benefited with dignified housing 187 built by the Good Government, with the support and solidarity of China (Taiwan).
This dignified home was delivered, by the Mayor of Managua and the Ambassador of China (Taiwan), to Mrs. Jéssica Araica who was happy with her new home, because the structure of her old home was more than 100 years old and its Foundations were deteriorated and on the verge of collapse, so now she said she felt that she lives safer with her husband.
Doña Jéssica Araica commented that her great-grandmother acquired this house in 1920, it is presumed that it was built more than 100 years ago and housed 4 generations of her family, the passage of time deteriorated and affected the foundations of the house and for being a family in vulnerable conditions, she was cared for by the Good Government, in its clear commitment to safeguard the lives of families in danger.
Mayor Reyna Rueda stated that the construction of this dignified home is part of the effort, care and model promoted by Good Government to dignify and improve the quality of life of Nicaraguan families; He also thanked the brothers from China (Taiwan) for their support.
For his part, Mr. Jaime Chin Mu Wu, Ambassador of China (Taiwan) expressed feeling satisfied with the execution of this program that changes lives, such as this project, because “for the family there is nothing more important than having a home safe to develop their daily life with peace of mind "he added.
