Promoting the municipal contest "The Cleanest and Most Beautiful Fritanga of the Capital", the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua visited some fritters and Comiderías of District 2, from where the owners were invited to participate in this contest in its sixth edition.
This tour was led by the Vice Mayor of Managua Enrique Armas Rosales, who was accompanied by the 7 candidates for queens of this municipal contest, each representing a capital district.
The Cleanest and Most Beautiful Fritanga in the Capital is a contest, developed by the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power, to promote good habits in the proper handling of food; in addition to promoting the rescue of our gastronomic traditions.
The tour in District 2 was held this Thursday, September 12, which began at the Taki Pollos fritter in the San Sebastián neighborhood, with more than 20 years of experience in the field, followed by a visit to the Moore dining room located in Tiangue La Purísima from Avenida de Bolívar to Chávez and ended at the La Bahía fry in the Bóer neighborhood.
