Families benefited by the Social Housing Program sign first contracts

The first thousand families that were benefited by the Bismarck Martínez Program in the modality of social housing, have already started the process of signing the contract, from the signing, the protagonists benefited in a month will have the legal document in their hands and must pay your first installment of $ 40.

The Secretary General, Fidel Moreno, explained that since the Bismarck Martínez Program began 11 months ago, 50,000 people have visited in search of information.

“Today we are celebrating 28 days, that the extension of the Bismarck Martínez program that benefits with a social interest housing was announced, we already have 3,000 approved requests, of these a little more than a thousand protagonists have already signed a contract, from this the families they will have 30 days to deposit their first installment ”.

Moreno explained that the Bismarck Martínez program has received 13,000 applications, of which 10,000 were approved and 3,000 are in the review process.

“Today the protagonists who benefit from both modalities are signing a contract; social interest housing and lot, in the housing lot modality, the program has 7 thousand applications approved, plus the 3,000 applications for social interest housing are 10 thousand families benefited by the program in less than a year, this reflects the commitment of the Government of Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario and the confidence of our people in this type of initiative ”.

Moreno stressed that the delivery dates of the homes will depend on the payment capacities of each case and in the coming days, the Municipality will make a bid request for the construction of the first 500 homes in Managua.

Ángela Lezama is a single mother, works on her own making tortillas and has rented all her life, she affirms that it is the first time in her life that she feels that her dream can come true.

"I feel happy, happy, my job is to make tortillas, with my salary I do not earn a high monthly payment, only Commander Daniel was the only one who could do this, that the poor have a house of their own, with a quota within our reach Thanks to our government, ”said Lezama.
