A little more than 700 families from the Waspán Sur neighborhood, District VI, will benefit from the new storm drainage and road improvement project that the Municipality is executing this year through the 2019 Annual Investment Plan (PIA).
The project builds a drainage network made up of 7 drains, 4 visitor wells, and 35 linear meters of pipe, with an investment of 790 thousand 458 córdobas, once the network is installed, they will be covered by 3 new blocks of asphalt streets , this is the first stage of the project.
In three weeks the streets that have been on dirt for 40 years will be covered with asphalt.
In the second stage, a vehicular bridge will be built that will link the neighborhoods Oswaldo Manzanares, Waspán Norte, Waspán Sur and Carlos Marx, the bridge will be built at the beginning of next January and is part of the 2020 Annual Investment Plan.
