The Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua carried out a road improvement work and storm drainage in the Cristo del Rosario neighborhood, with the aim of eliminating a critical point due to flooding, which caused self-denial in 6 homes in this community in District 2 of the capital.
This work of the common good was inaugurated and delivered to the families of the sector, by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Mayor of the Citizen Power of Managua, who announced that this work is part of the efforts made by the Good Government to improve conditions of life to the families of the capital.
Likewise, he announced that the work consisted of the expansion of the pluvial drainage pipeline and catchment boxes, as well as the repair of the asphalt layer of the streets of the sector, with an investment of 160 thousand Córdobas.
This mitigation work is part of the Annual Investment Plan of the Managua Mayor's Office with which another vulnerable point to floods in our capital is eliminated, work that has advanced, reducing existing critical points from 130 to 55 and efforts will continue until delete them all.
