345 families receive their lots in the first stage of the Bismarck Martínez program

In greeting to the 40th anniversary of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, the Central Government led by Commander Daniel Ortega and Vice President Rosario Murillo in coordination with the municipality, delivered to the beneficiary families the first 345 lots of the first stage of the Bismarck Martínez urbanization located in Sabana Grande.

The event was chaired by the municipal authorities, the Bismarck Martínez family, representatives of the evangelical church and the protagonists of this housing project, Mayor Reyna Rueda thanked the families who had faith in this project.

“From the first day the project was announced, more than a thousand people visited us. When President Daniel and Compañera Rosario announce a project, it is fulfilled because they are projects with love. This government meets the needs and demands of its people with love. These families had faith, they had hope. For all of us who are here, it is a joy to see that the day we have been waiting for has arrived, as it is to share with the families this joy for their land ”.

The Mayor stressed that the success of the project is due to God's blessing and the will of the Central Government, “we cannot stop thanking God and if they are going to receive this land, it is because God has arranged it that way. It is a permanent concern because today it is you, but tomorrow other families, and we are only facilitators of a divine will and a political will ”.

In the first stage of urbanization there are 1,200 lots of 162 square yards each, of which 345 were delivered, but the goal for this year is to deliver 2,000 lots, as confirmed by Secretary General Fidel Moreno.

“We have been in the program for more than 9 months and more than 33 thousand people have been attended, they have gone to the Mayor's Office to request information about the project and about eleven thousand families have completed their files, of these, we have eight thousand applications approved and what The most important thing is that the families share their shared responsibility and make a small contribution, we have a ninety-five percent payment and this is very successful ”.

Sara María Urbina López is one of the beneficiaries of the project, she is a self-employed worker, sells boxes in the capital's neighborhoods and is a single mother.

“I am grateful to God and to the President because today they gave me my lot of my land, I already have my documents and that makes me happy, I sell boxes, I live on that and paying twenty dollars is a great opportunity, because that way I have something that it will be mine and I will not walk or rent or pose ”, said the protagonist Sara Urbina.
