Bismarck Martínez program will deliver the first 345 batches in greeting to 40/19

The Municipal Government with the help of the Central Government will deliver the first 345 batches of the first stage of the Bismarck Martínez program, located in Sabana Grande in greeting to the 40th anniversary of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, as was announced by Secretary General Fidel Moreno.

The first stage of the distribution is almost ready with 90 percent progress, the only thing missing is the installation of electric light.

So far the land has finished the dirt road, they have potable water, the streets have advanced, the installation of sewage is almost finished and the electrical installation is yet to begin.

“This first stage of the project is almost ready, the only thing missing is the installation of the electric light and in greeting to 40/19 we are going to deliver the first 345 lots, everything that is dirt is ready, we are finishing installing the drinking water system and sanitary water and tomorrow we will be installing electricity thanks to Enatrel ”.

Moreno explained that the lots must be urbanized and connected to the city.

"These days we are going to create a park, a health center is going to be built, a school, there are 9 blocks to be delivered, these are the first 345 lots of 1000 lots that we expect to deliver in 2019."

Moreno confirmed that the Commune acquired 33 blocks of land to continue developing the new stages of the program.

“33 additional blocks have been acquired with which it is expected to build about 1,500, to 2,000 homes, this is part of the commitment of the Comrade President to restore the right to decent housing to Nicaraguan families, we hope in 2020 to deliver some 4 thousand lots ”.
