Water Park opens its doors again this Sunday, June 30

Next Sunday, June 30, the Paseo Xolotlán water park will open its doors to Nicaraguan families, after having carried out general maintenance on all its facilities for two months.

The Municipal Government carried out the first maintenance of the water park, to continue guaranteeing the thousands of residents of the capital who attend, the quality they deserve in all their areas.

This type of maintenance is necessary to do it on an annual basis, to guarantee the perfect condition of all its games and the pumping system that feeds the water in the swimming pools.

Mayor Reyna Rueda reported that a little more than 8,000 square meters were served in the park.

“As a responsible government, for a little more than two months, we maintained the entire metallic structure of the games, the electronic system that guarantees their proper functioning. In this maintenance we use special paint for bad weather and specialized products for the purification of the entire system that conducts the water. 1 million 765 thousand 890 córdobas were invested in this maintenance ”.

Rueda explained that the first maintenance was carried out two years after starting operations and focused on the proper functioning of the hydrosanitary and electromechanical system.

“Taking advantage of the fact that the kids have already gone on vacation, this Sunday will be the reopening of the water park that is better than ever, our engineers reviewed the entire electromechanical system of the games and the hydrosanitary system so that the water is always healthy, our technicians also check water twice a day to ensure good water sanitation ”.

40 people, including specialists and operators, participated in the maintenance works.

The Water Park opened its doors for the first time on December 25, 2016 on the opening day 5 thousand people bought their tickets to enter, today a month 10 thousand people enter the water park and in summer or holidays ( Easter and December), 15 thousand people arrive per month.

Starting this Sunday, families can visit the water park, from Wednesday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the night.
