The Departmental Cabinet of Tourism of Managua and municipal authorities of Ciudad Sandino carried out the promotion of the tourist destinations of the municipality and a reforestation day.
This activity took place this Thursday, June 27, at the Casa Abierta Agroecological farm, located in the Cuajachillo No. 2 region; which offers a tourist offer to enjoy with the family, have direct contact with nature and go hiking.
Comrade Scarleth López, Vice Mayor of Ciudad Sandino, announced that within their activities this Saturday, June 29, they will hold the final of the women's soccer championship, in addition, they are already preparing for the August festivities that begin with ribbon races, bull riding and the choice of the queen. The cleanest municipality is also being promoted in the different schools.
Likewise, a reforestation day was carried out in this area, where forest plants were planted as part of the protection and conservation of the environment.
