Citizen Attention Office in District V serves hundreds of residents of the capital

Every day hundreds of residents of the capital come to the Citizen Attention Office of District V of the Commune, to carry out their procedures at the Civil Registry, Collection windows, also to make their environmental complaints, seek help if there are problems in green areas and in the same way, request construction permits at the Town Planning windows if required.

With the Citizen Service office, taxpayers no longer need to go to the central collection boxes, since they will be able to pay their taxes at these windows, just like beneficiaries with the "Bismarck Martínez" program, which all 9 and 10 of each month they attend to pay the corresponding fee.

The windows of the Citizen Attention Office are visited daily by more than 300 residents of the capital, who are attended by a little more than 20 officials.

To guarantee a quick and efficient service, visitors receive a ticket and two hostesses are in charge of receiving the documents and applications and then taking the case to the indicated window and thus expediting the taxpayer's process.
