The Monte Nebo housing project being built by the New Century development near Ciudad Belén in Sabana Grande, will deliver the first of 75 houses this July 17, Day of Happiness, the announcement was made by Vice Mayor Enrique Armas and Mr. Alex de la Cruz , Executive President of the New Century development.

The Monte Nebo urbanization, “Promised Land” in its first stage will have 358 homes and is a housing project that was born from the effort and the union of private initiatives, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity and institutions such as Fosovi, ProNicaragua, Invur and the Mayor's Office of Managua .

Monte Nebo is a housing project parallel to the Bismarck Martínez program promoted by the central government, the local government and the private initiative, to solve the housing deficit in our country and respond to the demand of hundreds of families who do not have a home. own.

The Deputy Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas, said that for the capital city it is a source of great pride and satisfaction to see that the dream of many Nicaraguans is a few days away from becoming a reality.

"The Mayor of Managua and all the institutions of Commander Daniel's government have decidedly collaborated to make this dream of Nicaraguan families come true, who will be able to open their precious, very comfortable home next month here in Monte Nebo, ”assured Armas.

Alex de la Cruz, executive president of the developer, explained that the project was so successful that hundreds and hundreds of families came to the offices to fill out the applications and apply for the program.

“This plan has worked so well, it has been so successful that we continue working to fulfill all dreams, in Monte Nebo it is not said no, do not be afraid of the requirements and come to us; the only requirement that is needed is to be Nicaraguan and want a home… we are here to cooperate and we are strongly seeking among all of us, a solution to be able to fulfill that dream for all Nicaraguans. This July 17 we are not only going to deliver the first homes, we are also going to announce a nice surprise for the people of Nicaragua ”.

Each home has a cost of $ 10,500 and is built on an area of 54 square meters.

De la Cruz pointed out that they have treated more than 33 thousand people interested in acquiring their home and 23 thousand have applied, 1,500 have reserved and complied with the proper documentation.

He said that, even if a project is not ready, they will work to get it and offer it to those who are demanding it, not only in Managua, but also in the departments.
