In an atmosphere of joy and celebration, dignified house number 116 was delivered, built by the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua, through the support and solidarity of the brotherly people of China (Taiwan).
This dignified home was delivered to Mrs. Oleana del Socorro López Téllez from the Venezuela neighborhood in District 4 of Managua, in a family and community atmosphere, where the neighbors gathered to celebrate the inauguration of the new house.
The reconstructed house was delivered to the beneficiary family by Mr. Jaime Chin Mu Wu, Ambassador of China (Taiwan) and colleague Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who expressed the commitment of the Good Government to improve the living conditions of the capital families through these rights restitution programs.
Likewise, he explained that the Municipality since 2009, in the Venezuela neighborhood, has rebuilt 23 decent homes and has carried out rain drainage works and re-surfacing in 13 blocks of asphalt streets.
Together with the inauguration of the decent home, a medical care session was held with free medicine, in which 120 consultations were provided; as well as a children's afternoon with artistic presentations, clowns, face painting, contests and piñatas.
