On the morning of Sunday, June 16, the final of the Women's Kickball Tournament took place at the Roberto Clemente children's stadium in the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores park.
This sporting activity was inaugurated by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who highlighted the support of the Good Government for this sporting discipline, as well as the inclusion of women in the national sport.
Kickball is a sports discipline, which has been promoted from the tournaments organized by the municipalities of the Citizen Power, including the one that took place last Sunday, June 16.
For his part, Mr. Luis Manuel Rodríguez, president of the National Kickball Association, announced that this meeting also makes it possible to update the competitors on the new rules adopted by the 15 leagues that the country has, it also contributes to the preparation of the international event, to be played next December, with the Guatemalan team.
In this final, the teams Renacer, Villa El Carmen and Rod bom played the first place of the Women's Kickball Tournament.
