María Teresa Ruiz from the El Rodeíto neighborhood receives her new home

Joy, happiness and emotion housed the heart and face of Mrs. María Teresa Ruiz Estrada from the El Rodeíto neighborhood, for whom the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua built dignified housing number 105, with the solidarity of the brother people and government of China (Taiwan).

This dignified house was built, due to the poor condition of the infrastructure of the old house of Doña María Teresa; This was identified by the family cabinets and presented to the municipal authorities, as part of the model of citizen power and direct democracy, to be attended to according to priorities.

The inauguration of the dignified house was delivered by Mr. Jaime Chin Mu Wu, Ambassador of China (Taiwan) and the colleague Reyna Rueda, Mayor of Managua, in an atmosphere of joy and festivity, with piñatas, children's activities, clowns and face painting ; in addition to a day of medical attention.

For her part, the protagonist María Teresa Ruiz Estrada expressed her satisfaction with the construction of her new house and expressed her gratitude to the Ambassador of China (Taiwan) and the Mayor of Managua for the support provided.
