As part of the national campaign Nicaragua Siempre Linda, the Department of Tourism Office of Managua presented the variety of tourist attractions that the municipality of El Crucero has, as well as its gastronomic offer.
This tourist presentation of the El Crucero municipality was held from the El Torreón agroecological farm, located 8 kilometers from the entrance to the El Boquete community, at kilometer 22 of the South Highway, or, 4 from the Old Highway 17 to Lion.
The El Torreón farm is located 350 meters above sea level and has an area of 100 blocks in which the visitor comes into direct contact with nature and where they can develop different recreational activities such as hiking, horseback riding and tours in quads; Mr. Julio Manuel Amador, owner of the same, invited families to do mountain and rural tourism a few minutes from the center of the capital.
