With the participation of 18 teams from different municipalities of the country, the fourth edition of the "Carlos Ulloa in Memoria" national men's basketball tournament was inaugurated at the Alexis Argüello sports center.
The opening ceremony took place on the night of Saturday, February 16, with the presence of Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales, who said that this tournament is held with the determined and broad support that Good Government provides to national sport in its different disciplines.
He announced that this sporting event will take place every weekend for the next 4 months, at which time the 18 teams will compete for the first place trophy.
The teams participating in this tournament are: the Leones de Managua, Jass, Real Estelí, Indígenas de Sébaco, Brumas de Jinotega, Juigalpa, La Libertad, Bonanza, León, Guerreros, Masatepe, Jinotepe, El Rama, Tipitapa, Boaco, Costa Caribe , San Isidro and Matagalpa.
