The Bertha Díaz neighborhood community has a completely renovated park, the beautification works are possible thanks to the sponsorship of ALBANISA in coordination with the Municipal Government.
The reopening of the park is promoted by the project to recover public spaces and convert them into family recreation spaces carried out by the Central Government.
The residents of the neighborhood celebrated the reopening of their court with piñatas and among the renovation works, the painting of the entire perimeter mesh was restored, the benches were retouched and the children's play area, the entire lighting system was maintained. public and the perimeter mesh was reinforced and painted.
Vice Mayor Enrique Armas, congratulated the families for making the park a permanent meeting place in the neighborhood.
"We as a Local Government continue working in the same line that Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario have been guiding, bringing joy to our children and restoring to families the right to access places of healthy recreation, it is the permanent commitment of our government ”.
Alberto Padilla, a resident of the neighborhood, explained that the community since the multipurpose court was built, the kids play friendly matches at night.
“We are grateful because the kids have a place to play, before they are in bad company, they better play. Dedicating themselves to a sport helps them to develop as a person, that is what we need in Nicaragua ”.
