In an atmosphere of joy, family and community, the Vice Mayor Enrique Armas, together with the inhabitants of the Máximo Jerez neighborhood and surrounding sectors, inaugurated the William Martínez Ruiz community park.
This work was executed by the Good Government through the Nicaraguan Electricity Company, in conjunction with the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, guaranteeing the general rehabilitation of the park.
Among the renovation works, the repair of benches, garbage cans, water fountains, fiberglass playgrounds with rubber floors, Led lights, as well as the rehabilitation of a multipurpose court and a futsal court with artificial grass, in addition to the battery of toilets and communal house.
The families of the sector celebrated this reopening with a cultural act, clowns, dynamics and children's contests. They also expressed their satisfaction with the reopening of the work and expressed their commitment to take care of it, as expressed by Mr. Raúl Leiva from the Máximo Jerez neighborhood and Mrs. Martha López from the El Riguero neighborhood.
