Promoting recreation and healthy recreation of the capital's families, the inauguration of the second stage of the Manuel de Jesús Rivera "La Mascota" park was held, located in the Cuadra neighborhood of District 5, which was inaugurated on the afternoon of Sunday 23 of September, in a family and community atmosphere.
This work of restitution of rights was executed by the Good Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, which consisted of the rehabilitation of this family recreation area, which now has children's games, court soccer field with artificial grass, water fountains, restrooms, benches and a small square, for the recreation of young children and adults in this community.
The park was inaugurated by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Mayor of Managua and comrade Denis Moncada, Chancellor of the Republic, who in the name of Good Government, delivered this work of progress to the families of this sector of the capital.
For their part, the families were happy with this restitution of rights, as expressed by Mrs. Erlinda Flores, who said that this park is a dream come true for the community, as it guarantees joy and happiness for the inhabitants of the Cuadra neighborhood and neighboring sectors, which now have a recreation and leisure area.
