Committed to improving the quality of life of capital families, the Good Government through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, inaugurated the Clinic of Natural and Traditional Medicine, which will be serving the elderly from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon.
This work of restitution of rights is located in Las Madres park, where consultations and natural medicine treatment will be offered, with techniques in acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, to alleviate ailments and diseases to the elderly.
Likewise, it was announced that this work consists of the construction of 830 square meters of infrastructure, divided into two buildings, the first one that houses four doctor's offices, an area for taking vital signs, a waiting room and bathrooms; the second building is an auditorium where medical talks, workshops and exercises will be given for the elderly; who will be attended by a highly trained staff to guarantee comprehensive and quality care for patients.
This project, which had an investment, a little more than 16 Million Cordobas, was inaugurated by the Mayor of the Citizen Power Reyna Rueda, comrade Fidel Moreno, Secretary General of the capital's Commune and directors of the National Union of the Elderly, who expressed their gratitude for the construction of this work that contributes to improving their quality of life, as expressed by Mr. Porfirio García, president of the National Unit for the Elderly (UNAM) and Mrs. Alma Mendoza, Vice President of UNAM, who expressed his satisfaction with the construction of this new natural medicine clinic.
