In support of sports and family recreation, the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, held the intercollegiate tournament at the beach volleyball stadium on Paseo Xolotlán.
This sporting activity will take place every weekend in April; It began with the intercollegiate tournament of public schools, later private schools and next week the interuniversity tournament will take place.
In this tournament 52 teams participated, of which 22 were female and 30 male; from different schools in our capital city, including the Nicaraguan German School, Loyola Bautista, Mi Redentor and Calasanz.
The tournament was inaugurated by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of the Citizen Power of Managua, who announced that this activity was held Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with free admission .
Likewise, colleague Enrique Armas, expressed that this day is part of the sports activities that were guided by Commander Daniel to promote the sport in its different disciplines, such as beach volleyball on this occasion or the swimming tournament that was held in previous weeks, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and the Nicaraguan Institute of Sports.
