The works carried out were mainly aimed at improving the road system, storm drainage and urban equipment. These works include the completion of construction of the new Dennis Martínez National Baseball Stadium, and complementary works in the Hugo Chávez Frías recreational sports complex and progress in the construction of the multipurpose center, the Alexis Argüello Sports Center, the intersection overpass. Las Piedrecitas, the eighth stage of the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores Park recreational complex.
Likewise, that the road improvement of the different streets and avenues of the city, the III phase of the Divina Providencia Natural Park, among others.
In this same session, the councilors learned about the second modification to the General Budget of the 2017 Budget, which was passed to the Finance, Budget and Infrastructure Commission.
Likewise, Mayor Torres Bosques, presented to the municipalities the request for a refinancing loan for the amount of 6 million 11 thousand 178 dollars to BANPRO, which passed to the Finance, Budget and Infrastructure Commission.
