As part of the support for sports and healthy recreation for Nicaraguan families, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua organized the first U19 basketball tournament "Carlos Ulloa in Memoria", which ended with a tough meeting between the teams from Tipitapa and the Jass from Managua.
The final game of this sports tournament was held on Thursday, November 9, on the basketball courts of the Amistad Japan Nicaragua park, where the Tipitapa team was the champion and the Managua Jass won the runner-up.
This tournament was held with the participation of 12 teams, in a period of 3 months where several games were developed in which Tipitapa and Jass from Managua reached the final of the tournament.
The awarding of the champions and runners-up was chaired by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua and comrade César Vásquez, Mayor of Tipitapa, who expressed the Good Government's commitment to continue working in the development of national sport.
