With the aim of promoting good practices in the handling and handling of food, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of the capital, holds the fifth edition of the municipal gastronomy contest "The Cleanest and Most Beautiful Fritanga in Managua".
Likewise, the building authorities expressed that this municipal contest has obtained good results in promoting the proper handling of food and good practices in its preparation, which contributes to the public health of the municipality; as well as, improve the attention and the service in these popular comiderías.
The invitation to the fifth edition of the contest was held at Kamila asados, in district 4 of the capital, where the building authorities announced that the contest "The Cleanest and Most Beautiful Fritanga in Managua" will take place this Saturday October 14, through a gastronomic fair, on the north side of the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores park, from 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night; They also stated that this event will be enlivened with live music and folk dances; in addition, the contest of the King and Queen of Fritanguera will be held.
In this fifth edition of the contest "The Cleanest and Most Beautiful Fritanga of Managua", fritters from the different districts of the capital will participate, where the first three places will be awarded 30 Thousand, 22 Thousand and 15 Thousand Córdobas respectively, taking into account the taste and presentation of food, as well as the implementation of hygienic and sanitary measures in their preparation.
