The members of the three political benches that make up the Managua Council unanimously approved the formation of the Special Commission that will review the Draft General Budget of Income and Expenses with its corresponding Investment Plan that will govern next year 2018.
The commission was made up of councilors Reyna Juanita Rueda Alvarado, Modesto Munguía Martínez, Mary Francis Rivas, Edgard Osorio Gutiérrez, Brenda Rocha Chacón, Deyanira Vega Vallecillo, Marvin González, Omar Alí Lola, Ena Mireya Fuertes and Ileana García in the ordinary session number 55.
In this same session, the councilors unanimously approved the technical decommissioning of 11 rolling stock owned by the Managua Mayor's Office.
It was also unanimously approved to declare the Appeal filed by the lawyer María Auxiliadora Herdocia, and maintains a firm urban fine that amounts to 171 thousand 242 cordobas for carrying out construction works without the municipal permit.
In the same way, an Administrative Resolution was approved that declares the Appeal for Review has no place and maintains a firm Reparation for the amount of 912 thousand 776 thousand córdobas in respect of tax on Real Estate, construction and improvement of building, registration of import of tires and accessory and garbage collection service payment.
Likewise, it was unanimously approved to apply an environmental fine to the Company ESPUMAS SA for discharging wastewater in unauthorized sites with an amount of ten thousand córdobas.
The councilors unanimously approved declaring that the Appeal for Review has not been granted and maintain firm objection that amounts to the amount of 9 million 778 thousand cordobas against Industrias Carnica SA
