The Mayor of Managua, colleague Daysi Torres Bosques and the Saharawi Ambassador in Nicaragua Suliman Tieb Henan, signed a Twinning Agreement between the City of Managua and Wilaya de El Aaiún.
The agreement affirms that both cities are lovers and fighters for peace, the signing of the agreement commits both cities to cooperate on cultural, sports, social and technical issues.
The signature was carried out at the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the framework agreement was present and signed by Mr. Omar Mansur, Minister Saharui, representative of his country in Latin America, and Mrs. Arlette Marenco, Vice Minister of Foreign Relations of Nicaragua.
