Commune authorities supervise critical points in District 7

Committed to guaranteeing the safety and life of the capital's families, the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power, together with government institutions for care, rescue and relief, made a tour of the critical points of District 7 of Managua.

This tour was made up of members of the District Committee for the Prevention, Mitigation and Attention of Disasters and comrade Reyna Rueda, Secretary of the Managua Council, who spoke with the families living in these critical points and expressed the commitment of Good Government, of safeguard the lives of capital families.

Likewise, he announced that in this District of the Capital there are 7 critical points, of which 4 are category B and 3 are category C; Category B are located in 2 sectors of the Enrique Smith neighborhood with 9 families at risk, as well as in the Leningrado neighborhood with 5 families and in 47 homes in the Laureles Norte neighborhood.

The 3 category C points are located in the Laureles Sur neighborhood, where 7 families at risk were identified, as well as, in 31 homes in the Comandante Aureliano neighborhood and 42 homes in the Los Cocos de Sabana Grande sector.

For their part, the families of these sectors stated that they felt supported by the authorities and expressed that together they have carried out drills to be prepared for a disaster.
