Inauguration of reworking of streets in the San Juan District 1 district

As part of the Citizen Power and Direct Democracy model, which promotes Good Government through community councils and assemblies, the Managua Mayor's Office carried out the road improvement in the streets of Reparto San Juan.

This work of the common good was delivered to the population by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Secretary of the Managua Council, who expressed the commitment and high sensitivity of the Good Government, in continuing to work to improve the living conditions of the capital's families.

Likewise, he announced that this work of progress consisted of the asphalt surfacing of 17 blocks, which extend from the north side of the Consulate of Costa Rica to the south street of Club Motastepe, passing through the north side of Plaza La Biblia.

This project, which had an investment of 4 Million 500 Thousand Córdobas, was executed as part of the articulation of efforts with the Central Government led by Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario Murillo, through the Calles para el Pueblo program; directly benefiting 3,000 inhabitants of the area, in addition to drivers who use these alternate roads and decongestion traffic in peak hours.

The inauguration took place in a family and community atmosphere with various cultural events, among which the folk dances and the performances of rhythmic bands stood out.
