With the aim of improving the quality of life of capital families, the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power, inaugurated a new child development center in the José Benito Escobar neighborhood of District 6 of Managua.
This work consisted of the construction of 520 square meters with 3 teaching rooms, a games area, a kitchen, a warehouse, bathrooms and the administrative department; The CDI will serve children between the ages of 6 months to 4 years, at the levels of infants, infants 1, infants 2, as well as, first and second level of preschool.
This project was inaugurated by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Secretary of the Managua Council, who expressed the Good Government's commitment to working for the common good; at the same time, he highlighted the importance of CDIs for the integral development of our children.
The community expressed its satisfaction with the opening of this new Child Development Center, as stated by Mrs. Francis Aguilar from the Carlos Núñez neighborhood, who said she felt supported by the government with this project, because she works and feels safe when leaving her son well cared for in this CDI, for her part, Mrs. Lidia Acuña from the Las Mercedes neighborhood, said she was happy with this work, because now she has the opportunity to work to improve her family income, without the impediment of not having a safe place to leave your child.
It is important to note that with this new Child Development Center, located on the north side of the Dr. Róger Osorio Health Center, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua has built 4 CDIs located in the Nueva Nicaragua community, the San Antonio neighborhood of the District 2 and in the San Judas neighborhood.
