In restitution of the right to sports, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua inaugurated in the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores Park, the third national basketball championship Carlos Ulloa in memoriam.
The inauguration of the event was presided over by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who stated that the holding of this tournament was guided by Commander Daniel and Comrade Rosario Murillo, as part of the support for sports and healthy recreation of the Nicaraguan families.
He also announced that this event will be held from January to April, with the participation of 20 teams from different municipalities of the country, including Camoapa, Boaco, Juigalpa, La Libertad, León, Tipitapa and Los Leones de Managua .
