With the aim of improving service to taxpayers of the rolling tax, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua enabled new collection boxes under awnings in the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores park, the 7 district delegations and outside the central banks of the Municipality.
Comrade Eduardo Gaitán, Director of Collection, reported that the payment of municipal tax, which must be made by car owners in the municipality of Managua before March 31 of this year, is intended to contribute to the execution of improvement works and road maintenance of the capital city.
Likewise, he announced that from January 3 to 12 of this current, 10 thousand 473 taxpayers have paid the tax of taxiing to the Municipality, with a collection of 1 million 85 thousand córdobas; in the same way, he expressed that the boxes in the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores park will be open from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon.
