With the aim of providing greater ease for capital taxpayers and that they make better use of their time, the Managua Mayor's Office makes available the new online Tax Services payment system that simplifies the procedures for the payment of municipal tax obligations among them. the payment of Real Estate Tax (IBI), Rolling Tax, business sales tax with fixed and accounting quota, construction tax, payment of garbage collection and fines; among other municipal taxes.
This new system that will operate 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, was approved by the City Council through Resolution number 65 presented by the Secretary of the Council Reyna Juanita Rueda in the last Ordinary Session of this Collegiate Body.
The presentation of the new online system was presented by fellow Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales, who stated that the Mayor's Office of Managua has been catching up in this technological era to keep up with the times, he also affirmed that the municipality has coordination with the different financial institutions in the country such as Banco de Finanzas, BAC, BANPRO, among others.
For his part, the lawyer Eduardo Gaitán, Director of Collections, affirmed that this new system came into effect from January 3 of this year 2017, it is also possible to request Municipal Solvency and IBI Solvency, among others, in all District Delegations and collection posts that will be enabled as of January 9 in the following places Parque Luis Alfonso Velásquez, DGI.
He also recalled that the Rolling Tax decal is already available and can be purchased at all municipal posts, in Transit and Servigob, the procedure for its acquisition is simple, it is enough just to present the circulation of the motor vehicle, he also stressed that January is the month for the payment of business tuition and all economic activity carried out in the municipality, the official said that to date there are about 9,000 taxpayers with the Accounting Registry System modality and 18 thousand with the Fixed Fee System.
