Committed to promoting our typical gastronomy, as well as good practices in the handling and preparation of food, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua held the awarding of the contest “the cleanest and most beautiful fritanga in Managua”.
This award was held in the Paseo de los Estudiantes, where for several weeks various fritangas from the capital exhibited and promoted their products to the visitors of this new space for family recreation.
This contest was chaired by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado who presented the prizes to the 4 winners of this event; At the same time, he congratulated them and urged them to continue practicing good habits in the handling of food, to guarantee cleanliness and public health.
Likewise, it was announced that the qualification parameters of this contest were the taste and presentation of the food, as well as the decoration of the premises and the prices of the products.
