A total of 59 projects is planned by the Managua Mayor's Office in different sectors that make up District VII for next year 2017, of these, 33 will be carried out by the Infrastructure Directorate with an investment of 117 million 157 thousand 699 córdobas and 26 will be executed directly by the District Delegation with the investment of 34 million 770 thousand 140 córdobas.
This was reported by the main authorities of the municipality, led by Mayor Daysi Torres, Deputy Mayor Enrique Armas and the Secretary of the Council, Reyna Juanita Rueda and the members of the Special Budget Commission of the Collegiate Body, who presented the residents of District VII the Preliminary Project of Income and Expenses that will be assigned to the municipal delegation of this District, which amounts to 325 million 824 thousand 883 cordobas, of which 26 million 542 thousand 203 cordobas will be allocated in Current Expenses, while in Expenses of Capital 299 million 282 thousand 680 córdobas will be invested.
It should be noted that the Projects to be executed by the Infrastructure Directorate are aimed at strengthening the road network, storm drainage, ornamentation, parks and public squares, while the projects to be executed by the District delegation are to improve the road network, storm drainage and places of public recreation within the neighborhoods and regions, which are a priority for the population.
