Preparations begin to commemorate November 2

Fulfilling the cleaning tasks and the preparations for the Day of the Dead Saints, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua began one of the special days of cleaning the General Cemetery.

This cleaning day was chaired by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Secretary of the Managua Council, who announced that the Municipality develops these cleaning days in all the cemeteries of the capital city, with the aim of keeping the different graveyards clean, as well as guaranteeing the public health of capital families, reducing mosquito breeding sites and sources of contamination.

The day consisted of general cleaning through the chapoda, the ornamentation and evacuation of solid waste, as well as the patching of the internal streets of this cemetery.

Likewise, he announced that in this cleaning and public health task, 42 workers participated who will guarantee the cleaning of the 39 blocks of the Managua General Cemetery.
