In order to improve the living conditions of the capital's families, the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, carried out works to improve the rainwater drainage and reworking of streets.
This work of restitution of rights was inaugurated by comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who urged the community to take care of this road improvement as part of shared social responsibility.
The project consisted of the construction of 19 drains, the change of 120 linear meters of 10-inch drainage pipe, which was obsolete and replaced by 18-inch pipe; as well as the asphalt surfacing of 5 thousand 503 square meters of streets, equivalent to 13 blocks.
The amount of this social investment has a cost of 3 million 800 thousand Córdobas and directly benefits 3 thousand 635 inhabitants of the San Antonio neighborhood, Casas para El Pueblo, the San Sebastián neighborhood and surrounding sectors.
The population of the sector expressed their satisfaction with this work of progress, also, they thanked the Good Government for other projects of restitution of rights recently executed in their community, such as the construction of a Child Development Center and the repair of the multipurpose field.[vc_images_carousel images=”6168,6169,6170,6171,6172,6173,6174,6175,6176,6177,6178,6179,6180″ img_size=”large”]
