Inauguration of two vehicular bridges over the December 31st channel

With the objective of improving and expanding the road infrastructure and storm drainage in the Larreynaga Pista sector, the Managua Mayor's Office built two vehicular bridges over the December 31 channel, in the Praderas del Doral urbanization sector.

This important work of progress includes the construction of two vehicular bridges with a range of 14 meters in length by eight meters in rolling width, plus the construction of platforms, in addition, the walls of the channel wall were reinforced with a height of 4.70 meters with 57 meters in length.

Eleven million 700 thousand córdobas were invested in this work and it was executed through a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) which will be paid with the economic income provided by capital taxpayers who see the payment of their municipal taxes reflected in works progress like this.

The new road and rainwater infrastructure work was inaugurated and delivered to the residents of the capital by Reyna Juanita Rueda, Secretary of the Capital Council, who stated that thanks to the trust that Managua taxpayers have in this Municipal Government and the support of the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity presided over by Commander Daniel Ortega and comrade Rosario Murillo, who always aim to facilitate better living conditions for the population.

At the same time, he made the call to take care of the works of progress that are built with all love for the common good of all the citizens of the capital, with the contribution of themselves through the payment of their municipal taxes.
