In greeting to the 37th anniversary of the Sandinista Popular Revolution and in restitution of the right to healthy recreation, Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua and the National Electric Power Company (ENEL), rehabilitated the William Martínez Ruiz park , located in the Máximo Jerez neighborhood of District 1 of the capital.
This work, which was inaugurated on the eve of the 37th anniversary of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, was delivered to the population by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Secretary of the Managua Council, who expressed the Good Government's commitment to guaranteeing a better quality of life for women. Comrade Reyna Rueda announced that this work consisted of the total rehabilitation of this park, where benches, garbage cans, water fountains, fiberglass playgrounds for children with disabilities were installed, as well as the installation of LED lights and Wi-fi system, likewise, the perimeter wall, a multipurpose field and a soccer field with artificial grass, a battery of toilets and the reconstruction of the communal house were built.
