Merchants of the Iván Montenegro Market sensitized in cleaning

In order to guarantee cleanliness and public health, the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of Managua, carried out a day to raise awareness and supervise the cleaning of the Iván Montenegro municipal market.

The day was led by comrade Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Secretary of the Managua Council, which consisted of visiting the merchants of this capital market, to make them aware of the importance of keeping our environment clean; At the same time, he gave them a sack to collect the garbage produced by their sections and avoid throwing it in front of their sales spaces.

For their part, the merchants expressed their appreciation for this initiative of the Managua Mayor's Office, through the Managua Municipal Market Corporation, which guarantees the health of merchants and visitors to this shopping center; the merchant Blanca Estela Castillo, was happy with this campaign of cleaning and promotion of values, for which she expressed her commitment to keep her section clean, as part of shared social responsibility.

Likewise, it was announced that the Managua Municipal Market Corporation carries out daily cleaning in this shopping center, in which 23 to 24 cubic meters of garbage are evacuated daily, which are produced by 1,651 fixed sections and 243 eventual.
